Easy Process

1. Project Evaluation & Quotation

We review your concept, technical requirements, and target quantities. A detailed quotation is provided based on materials, complexity, and production needs.

2. 3D Optimization & Engineering

Our engineering team refines your 3D files for mold accuracy, structural strength, balance, assembly, and paint feasibility.

3. Prototype / Master Sample

We produce a high-precision prototype or master sample, ensuring the sculpt, details, and proportions meet your expectations.

4. Sample Shipment for Client Approval

The prototype is shipped to you for physical evaluation. Any required adjustments will be applied before moving to mass production.

5. Mass Production

After approval, we begin full production, covering molding, casting, assembly, hand-painting, and packaging according to your standards.

6. In-Process Quality Control

Our QC team performs inspections throughout production, including color checks, surface quality, structural safety, drop test.

7. Final QC & Packaging Verification

A final inspection is conducted to confirm paint consistency, assembly quality, and packaging safety before shipment.

8. Payment & Delivery

Once the final payment is received, we arrange secure packaging and worldwide delivery based on your logistics preference.
